FAQ & Compliance
Every compliance question,
answered.
We built this FAQ specifically around NNAS, CNO, CNOBC, WES, and IELTS requirements — the questions that matter most for Canadian deployment.
The National Nursing Assessment Service (NNAS) is the mandatory pre-assessment body for internationally educated nurses (IENs) seeking registration with Canadian provincial nursing regulators — including the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (CNOBC). NNAS reviews educational credentials, nursing experience, and registration history before forwarding a completed advisory report to the provincial college of the applicant's choice. Every candidate in our pipeline has either completed or is actively progressing through NNAS pre-registration before we present them to employers.
Nigerian RNs and PSWs can register in all Canadian provinces, but the most active pathways for our candidates are: Ontario (CNO — College of Nurses of Ontario), British Columbia (CNOBC — BC College of Nurses and Midwives), and Alberta (CRNA — College of Registered Nurses of Alberta). Each college has specific requirements, but all accept NNAS advisory reports as the first step. Our compliance team ensures candidates apply to the correct provincial college based on employer location.
